Account and Data Deletion

At Kaam 25, we believe you should have complete control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, you can do so quickly and easily.

How to request Data Deletion

You have two ways to delete your account and data:

Method 1: Inside the App (Instant & Automated)

1. Open the Kaam 25 app on your device.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Tap the Settings (Gear Icon) in the top right corner of the dashboard.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu and tap the Delete My Account & Data button.
5. Confirm the prompt. Your data will be wiped immediately.

Method 2: Via Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request manual data deletion by emailing us:

• Email: stripathi9871@gmail.com
• Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
• Body: Please include the phone number or email address registered to your account so we can locate and destroy your data.

Manual email requests are processed and data is purged within 7 business days.

What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently erased from our secure databases:

• Your full name, phone number, and email address.
• Your encrypted password hash.
• Your entire job application history.

Retention Period: We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion process is complete. It is permanently and irreversibly destroyed with zero backup retention.
